This Vintage Life...



This vintage mannequin is a slender lady dating to the 1920's and is in wonderful condition. I have no idea from where she hails as she is unmarked. At some point in her life someone has took it upon themselves to paint her tripod base and finial in white gloss and this has become a bit chippy; not too much, just enough to add to her vintage appeal. Her linen cover is in excellent condition; no tears, just a few rusty pin marks which are confined to one side of her waist and some discolouration around her neck area. She has linen covered armcaps and a metal turnkey underneath to adjust her height. She is a size 44 (her neck is stamped as such) and she has the slim, boyish figure that so obviously dates her to the 1920's. An elegant mannequin in super condition.
