This Vintage Life...



A little collection of vintage treasures for you to enjoy. This time all contained, not in a tin, but a 1950's Nestle's chocolate box decorated with red roses. In nice condition to display, there's just a smidge of grubbiness and a slightly creased corner. The goodies inside are: A lovely vintage bone china posy brooch by Dorothy Ann. It's not perfect but there are no large chunks gone, just a few teeny flea bites, not very noticable and the soft gentle colours are so pretty! (approx 5cm x 5cm) A crocheted tablemat in two shades of pink (37cm x 27) A card of six vintage buttons and a pair of 1930's postcards. One for a Husband adorned with a beautiful red rose (not sent but message from Doris on the back) and one to Sister with a verse and showing a Spring garden. It's been sent and the postmark reads 27th Aug 1937. And finally a bone china plate decorated with 'A Somerset Cottage'.
