A china half-doll that has been made into a tea cosy with the addition of a knitted skirt!
Her 'skirt' is white and green stripes and there is a ruffle around her waist and a long tailed bow at the back in yellow ribbon to match the top half of her gown.
No damage to the doll or tea cosy part.
There is a small hole and a couple of tiny marks on the ribbon (see image below)
The doll is approx. 7cm high and the tea cosy is 14cm high and approx. 17cm across the bottom. There is a bit of stretch in there but even so she will probably only fit a smaller tea pot.
The doll dates to the 1950's but the tea cosy skirt could have been added anytime after that.
