This is a lovely Ordnance Survey cloth map of Sidmouth and Lyme Regis that dates to the 1940's. A map showing a stretch of coastline is always particularly attractive!
The cover has some wear and has been taped at the top but it does sport a very charming illustration. Inside, the map is intact, the paper strong. The only wear is some light discolouration along some of the fold lines (lovely patina!) and a few tiny pinholes in the paper where the horizontal folds meet the vertical.
Still, this would look superb on your wall, framed or not. It could also be used in paper crafts.
