120 Ways of Using Bread

This is a super little recipe book from the 1930's that actually contains 127 ways of using bread 'for tasty and delightful dishes'!

It has a lovely full colour cover, front and back as well as lots of colour pictures inside to illustrate.
There are ideas for breakfast, lunch, tea and supper as well as sweets and puddings, sandwiches, dishes for the convalescent and uses for stale bread. There's certainly a lot packed into the 62 pages.

Plenty here that can be tried today although I would not recommend it for the inexperienced cook as back then they were fond of not telling you how long something should be baked for or at what temperature!

In super condition, considering it's age...just an old stain at the top of the first few pages and the inside of the front cover has an old grease mark.
