1930's Tin Workbox
 
This rare and lovely old tin is actually a workbox for your needlework bits and pieces.
The lid is hinged and the raised decoration on it is in the the style of Barbola work. Inside is a shelf for storing cotton reels.
 
Some wear to the outside in the form of rust spots and a few other little marks but overall not bad for its 72+ years.
