Produced by The Stork Margarine Company, this 82 page book is subtitled 'how to make a wide variety of delicious dishes without using meat'. It does though contain recipes using fish and some meat is used to 'finish dishes' although it is not the main ingredient in any recipe here.
Although small in size it is quite comprehensive and well illustrated, containing many black and white photographs (near enough every page).
In very good vintage condition; someone has written 'sweets' on the front cover and I can find one page inside where the same hand has written 'fruit salad'. Otherwise it's just the odd small mark here and there but generally clean and tidy. Some general wear and tear to the cover, nothing too bad.
